Who is I Commit to Green?
I Commit To Green (ICG) is much more than individual carbon footprints and greenhouse gas emissions; it is a way of life.
We believe that education is the key for returning the use of natural resources to within sustainable limits for the planet. Today most of us are doing a few simple things that are making a difference — recycling paper, aluminum cans and plastic bottles, considering green energy alternatives such as solar heating and fuel-efficient cars, and most of all just being aware that the planet needs our help.
I Commit To Green is striving to produce eco-friendly, simple, easy to use tools and to develop creative ways to reuse items in an effort to help reduce the waste in our overflowing landfills — one of our biggest environmental issues. Our goal is to help people get to the next level of involvement by promoting individual accountability and offering resources to simplify being “Green” so each of us can reduce our footprint to help our community and ultimately the planet.
Questions about reducing, reusing or recycling items you use? I Commit to Green can help solve your question and provide an answer that is simple and easy to understand.
